• The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or face masks unless they are unopened and in their original packaging.
• Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount may be eligible for returns, but the refund will be based on the discounted price.
• Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return

b. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions.
c. Carefully pack the items, include a copy of the packing slip, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping of Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. Cotton Bridge is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
